When I first started this rescue 35 years ago I was called a Bulldogs breeder,
I've found over the years that breeding and rescuing are 2 didn't things.
We are very proud to
announce we are merging with another rescue who also helps pure breed dogs. Lil Waggin Butts Rescue.
Lil Waggin Butts is now accepting 1 rescue for Corgis. If anyone is needing help in this area please call me and
we will see what we can do to help your situation.
Lil Waggin Butts Rescue in August will be taking over
this website. I will be going into a semi-retiring mode. Due to my health and
the fact that I just accepted a job at the zoo my time will be full with the
dogs of my own that are here. I also will be moving to Columbus sometime in
August when I get my affairs in order. Please pay close attention to the
rescue page if you are looking for a new family member as I am going to put a
few of the children I have here up for adoption. I am looking for them
to go into a family where they will become part of a family. I know a lot of
people have been very interested in Bruno and I have decided to keep him here
with me. He and I have been through quite a bit together. Now we will retire
together. Thank You for all the help everyone has given me in the past and in
the next 2 months that I will be here.
There are a couple people here that also work
with me. They are truly a dedicated hand full of people that like me
would do anything they can to save a dog.
We are in dire need of help with a dog who has
hip dysphasia. She needs to see a specialist and at the moment due to
the demand of flea prevention and some dogs being allergic to fleas over
here we are dealing with, there is just no extra money for this right at the
moment . Any help we get for these things would be greatly appreciated.
.Please check
out our rescue page to see if any of the children will fit into your home. We also are happy to
announce that 3 new foster families have been accepted into the rescue. . If you are
in need of help with a Bully or Pug or French Bully please contact me. We are
now adding Pembroke Welsh Corgi's to the list of rescues also . I do deal with
behavioral issues if this is the case please call me. I will do all I can to
help.
I also want to thank Gerald for his counsel today
with a oncoming legal issue and also a big thank you goes out to the people on
craigslist who have been coping things I have no time to view.
We are mainly a pure dog rescue. I take in
English Bulldogs, pugs and French bulldogs. Now we are also accepting Welsh
Corgi as well. We do take in owner surrenders as
well as we are on the list at the Stark County Dog Pound. We also take in
puppy mill dogs and some small dogs. We are solely supported by a few very
dedicated people who do go out of they're way quite a bit to not only provide
dog food as well as help with medical expenses i.e. time also donated
after working 40 hours a week at a regular job.. Our adoption fee ranges from
$100 to $500 depending on size, length of time here as well as medical care
they have needed. Rescues never make money. The fee helps the next animal that
does come here needing help. We are a non-profit org. We are not open to the
public. You must make a appointment to come here.
We just got approved through the Stark County Court
to have community service workers to come here and help with all the things we
need help with. Thank You Dep. Evert you are a wonderful man and a asset to
your field. Your caring and constant help with animals are such a God
send.

Recently I have become a Christian based org.
Our sole mission here is to help to rehome dogs and puppies that come here so
they can live a healthy happy life . To help educate the public that is
interested, in why they should get they're dog spayed and neutered. Recently
we have branched out into Reptile Rescue Please feel free to look at that page
also. If there is any questions you have please feel free to call me. Remember
the only stupid question is the one not asked!
I have quality help always available for the
children here. There are 2 new kids here that are ready for new homes. Please
look at the rescue page for them.
